Can I visit the property?
Yes. All tracts are available for onsite inspection. However, some tracts are behind locked gates. Entry to these must be coordinated with Seller.
Can a representative meet me at the property to show me around?
Yes. Please contact Beverly Development to schedule an appointment.
Can I bid on more than one tract?
Yes, you can combine tracts to create the exact parcel that you want to buy. We will
entertain all offers.
Will the highest bid always win?
In most cases, but the Seller does reserve the right to reject all bids if
they do not meet their internal requirements. This could be a problem with
price or contract modifications.
How do I get there?

When will I be contacted?
If you are the winning bid you will be contacted the following day after the
bid ends by the Seller.
Do I need to send a deposit?
Not until you sign the contract. Then
you will send the earnest money deposit directly to the title
company.
Do I have to use the contract provided in the bid package on this
website?
Some modifications may be accepted, but use of
this form with no changes is strongly recommended.
